Never pick up their phones. Can't get them to unlock the dressing rooms. Unfortunately due to theft everything is under lock and key. Trying to get a representative to unlock any merchandise for you is impossible. If they see you they run. Customer service department is awful. It's Walmart what do you need to know?
To be honest this place is trash because your employees are worthless and it shows, I managed a moving company for 8 years so I know all about work ethic, time management, customer service, training, civil rights, taxes, policies and laws. Tonight I was approached by a gang of your under educated, hostile A.A. minions that you call employees while I was trying to find a Christmas card to go with my gifts for my family for Christmas which now have to go without because your angry staff wanted to make me leave before it was closing, your lines were filled and it was before 6, they acted like the power was going to be shut off at exactly 6 and told me there wasn't enough time for me to check out as the lady was getting closer and more hostile I noticed the smell of liquor and think she was so rude possibly for that reason, may have been cheap perfume but it just smelled like alcohol and nothing else maybe that's why your staff treats everyone like criminals when leaving I don't know because I am not the manager and I will never apply here. Your security insulted me while walking out saying wahh wahh wahh on the way out while following me. I have an image to obtain and Everytime I go to your store and have to argue with one your employees about seeing my receipt or following me out in a group making insults slanders my name, you kicked me out before close and made false claims and let others still checkout and I did nothing wrong. Had I been in there after 6 and the lines were empty that is when you can kick someone out. You missed out on sales because your minions all said they deserve to be home with there family's before closing time. You better correct your employees or you are going to get civil lawsuits for slander and harassment! Your employees may not know how the big boy world works but I do!
I've never been greeted by an employee at this location. Not even a nod of recognition of my existence. That sort of thing just bothers me, though. As far as a well maintained (stalked shelves/ variety of items) and cleanliness goes, I'd give it 5 stars. However, the employee treatment of guests is rather important, I believe.
First, there were SO many cameras with facial recognition, I felt as though I was in a max security prison and it was nearly impossible to find an employee that could assist me in several different departments. Secondly, I had to buy several bags, then scan and bag my own items.
Lastly, they have the audacity to ask to see my receipt.
In the future I will shop elsewhere.
I waited for so long at the jewelry for help. Finally a “coach” according to her badge approached me and asked if I’d been helped. To my delight, she seemed annoyed on my behalf and began radio’ing for help. Then she says that jewelry is closed for the night as there’s no one there. Why is there not a sign somewhere stating that then?? Seems if there’s not enough staff then either unlock all the stuff or make sure the staff that are there have the keys. I ended up putting all my stuff back. Such a huge inconveniance.
